How Do I Get Started?
First things first -Call for an INTRO session. These are free and by appointment only. Call us to schedule at (626) 683-1242.
Our INTRO session is a complimentary, one-on-one or group training session during which you’ll get a chance to learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a sample CrossFit workout for yourself. It’s purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. After your INTRO, you can choose one of several membership options that give you access to our group fitness program and classes.

PERSONAL TRAINING – If you’re interested in a more personalized approach and want more information about one-on-one personal training, give us a call, and we can set you up with one of our experienced coaches. 626-683-1242.
After you’ve completed your free intro class, the next step is completing our starter series. This is a 2-week course which include 4 classes that fully prepare you for CrossFit. During each class we will thoroughly cover the different movements to get you acclimated with our program. It is MANDATORY that you complete all 4 starter classes before graduating to one of our regularly scheduled CrossFit classes.
If you are unable to attend the times listed due to a scheduling conflict, make sure to contact us and we will work something out with you. Be advised that one-on-one personal training may be your only option and the fee is slightly higher.
Also, if you are from another CrossFit affiliate and would like to bypass the Starter Series, please contact us and we will proceed with necessary steps from there.
