What Is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a group session strength & conditioning program whose aim is to help you move your body in the manner that it was meant to be moved. Over time and with a little hard work you will begin to notice that your body will be able to improve its own capacity in the 10 fitness domains (cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, accuracy)
The goal of our program is to increase strength using squats, presses, dead lifts, and Olympic weightlifting. Our conditioning workouts are kept short and intense and use a variety of movements to compliment our strength program. To complement our strength training, our conditioning workouts have been constructed so that a person at any level of fitness can scale the workout to their current level of fitness. Our program is for anyone who is willing to put in hard work.
