The food you put into your body will directly impact your success. Below is a excellent definition of what nutrition is in 100 words. Read it with an open mind and apply it to your daily ritual slowly. We promise that if you do, you will become a better, healthier, stronger athlete.
Nutrition in 100 words or less:
Eat real, unprocessed foods, as close to nature as possible.
Make choices as if the modern supermarket did not exist. Choose foods that could be grown, hunted or gathered-nothing package or processed.
Support local farmers when possible.
Eat animals, marine life, vegetables, nuts, seeds & fruits. Eat healthy fats from pastured animals, fish, coconut, avocado, olives & cold pressed oils.
If possible, incorporate traditional, nutrient dense foods: Fermented vegetables, organ meats & homemade bone broths.
Above all, ditch the “gurus,” “programs,” and “diets.” Get back to basics. Connect with your intuition-Let it be your guide.
